Second time doing the back and biceps routine and I enjoyed it even more the second time around. It is really difficult for me to get my biceps sore but here I am the next day and they are feeling it. My back is also sore and I think that is because I really focused on good form and did a little bit lighter weights. This workout is my new favorite, I like not doing exercises over and over, makes things more unique which is much different from what I was doing.
