I don’t have a whole lot to say about this routine in the P90X program. It is a cardio workout that has a lot of punching and kicking. I can best describe it as shadow boxing for 40-50 minutes, mixed in with a couple other things. It is a fun cardio routine and it is a lot more fun then just jumping on a treadmill or elliptical machine for 30-60 minutes. At the end of this routine my shirt was soaked in sweat so I knew that I had really worked myself hard. Overall I enjoyed the Kenpo X cardio workout, it was a nice change.
