My Name is Brad and I have been working out and exercising regularly for 9 years. Over the past nine years I regularly lifted weights and did cardio workouts every week, only taking a couple weeks off a year. I like to think that I am in pretty good shape but you can look at my pictures and be the judge of that. Over the past couple years I have seen the P90X workout program gain more and more popularity. I have seen the infomercial numerous times because it is always playing on one of the TVs at my local gym and I couldn’t help but notice the dramatic transformation it has helped people make to their bodies over just a 90 day period. The fact that people who weren’t in great shape were able to get ripped in 90 days had me intrigued. After all it took me many years to get to the level that I am at. So I decided to look into it more and I found out that it is a pretty intense routine, but I still wasn’t convinced that it was for me. I became very curious about this program and wondered would it work out for someone who is already fit. Someone who has been working out for years. Could it take them to an even higher level? I wasn’t sure so I decided the only way to find out was to test the P90X myself.
I am 5 foot 11 inches and weight 177 pounds, my body fat percentage is 8.1%. I have no idea if the P90X will bring me to a higher level of fitness but I plan on giving it an honest test and I want to share my P90X challenge with anyone who is interested in trying this workout routine, hopefully my story will help you decide if the P90X is right for you.
