Another workout completed and plyometrics is still tough to get through. I am drinking less and less water though during the workout and I think that is a good thing. Although it isn’t all that much easier yet, it is more manageable. I still struggle to keep good form during the rockstar jumps, but on every other exercise I have good form so that is a positive.
I can tell that I have lost a little weight and I think doing this plyometrics routine is partly responsible for that. I didn’t want to lose more then a couple pounds when I started the P90X because my body fat was already pretty low. I did want to lean up a little bit though and that would take shedding a couple pounds, so as long as I don’t lose much more I will be happy. I am definitely looking leaner and my abs are showing more. I am happy with the P90X so far, I have a recovery week coming up next week so I will be trying some new routines like the core synergistic’s, I am looking forward to that.
