Shakeology!?!?

Posted on 06 May 2010 by Ace

There is a new product on the fitness market that is starting to gain a bit of momentum and it is called Shakeology. It is a meal replacement shake that is unlike any other product I have ever seen or come across. It was created from the same people who brought you the P90X and Insanity workouts and it appears they didn’t hold anything back when they created this ultimate meal replacement shake.
shakeology
First lets start with some of the basics. This meal replacement shake has 140 calories per serving with only 1 gram of fat. It has 17 grams of protein and 9 grams of sugar, with only 15mg of cholesterol and 100mg of sodium. After that things get complicated in a good way. This drink has over 20 vitamins and minerals and about another 30+ ingredients that most of us have never heard of (apple pectin powder, pea fiber, maca powder root, hydrilla, blue green algae, yacon powder, oat grass, kamut grass, barley grass) the list goes on and on. I knew right away after looking at the nutrition information on the side of the bag this was something I had never seen before and unlike anything I have ever heard of, to get the full nutritional facts click here

So what is the point of taking shakeology compared to other meal replacement shakes? Well, to put it as simple as possible, shakeology offers you more with every drink. Not only does shakeology give you clean calories, it does it without overloading you with fat or sugar. On top of that it is full of so many vitamins and minerals you are more likely to feel full and satisfied after drinking shakeology because your body will be getting what it needs and you won’t have that hungry unsatisfied feeling you get with other meal replacement drinks. This will reduce your cravings and help you to lose more weight. Also, the exotic ingredients in shakeology are full of prebiotics and digestive enzymes that aid in improving digestion, regularity, and nutrient absorption. You also get a healthy serving of antioxidants and phytonutrients to help counteract free radical damage that can lead to degenerative diseases. This drink has so much in it that you won’t need to take a multi-vitamin any more because you will get it all from this drink.

Shakeology is as good as it gets for a meal replacement shake. There simply isn’t anything like it out on the market and it is just in it’s beginning phase. If you are interested in trying out shakeology don’t go looking for it at your local nutrition store this product is only available through beachbody’s website. It was created by them and they are the only ones who sell it. If you are interested in buying shakeology or learning more about it you can click this link. I want Shakeology!

If you would like to sign up for a free beachbody account so you can purchase shakeology or any of their other products such as the P90X or Insanity workouts, click here.
