I get a sore back all the time, I am not sure why maybe I am sleeping wrong, but I noticed a couple weeks ago when it was really bothering me that the Yoga X routine helped relieve some of the tension and it happened again today.
I woke up with my lower back killing me and as I was doing Yoga X I could feel it start to feel better and it wasn’t aggravating me as much. Now Yoga X typically frustrates me because I struggle with some of the poses and stretches, but when it helps my back to feel better I find the routine more tolerable. Yoga X is a 90 minute routine, the longest in the P90X program, and I can understand why a lot of people don’t care for it as much but if you stick with it and just push yourself to complete it you will be glad you did because it will make you much more flexible and in my case can help to relieve back pain or tension in other areas.
