Q. WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT?
A. It really depends on the person and the plan. And, although not typical, I have had clients lose as much as 15-20 lbs within the first 10 days. Granted, that can be water weight many times, but it is still possible.
Q. HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO TRAIN WITH YOU FOR GREAT RESULTS?
A. This is a learning process for you. The more often you train with me, the faster you will learn my techniques.
